The family sedan has gotten a deservedly bad rap over the years.  So many automakers have put an emphasis on filling the sedan category with safe cars that give great fuel mileage and some excellent equipment to make use of but forgot about the one thing that makes driving fun to do; horsepower.  Regardless of your personality, getting behind a car that allows you to stick a tricky curve at top speeds and reach sixty mph in a short amount of time is fun and seems to have been forgotten on sedans for many years.  I am here to tell you that there are some manufacturers who did not forget and know the parents who have to drive these family haulers are still the exciting driving loving auto owners they have always been.  With that thought in mind, here are the highest horsepower sedans for 2016 that will allow anyone to find some excitement on the road, even if it’s just when you take the long way home from work.

Audi S7
